Builder's Day has a single stage, so you'll never miss a talk. Everyone hears the same sessions and walks into every break with plenty to talk about.

- **Lessons from real projects**: Hear how experienced builders design, ship, and operate AI agents. Speakers walk through what they built, what went wrong, and what they would do again.
- **A room full of builders**: Spend the day with engineers, founders, and product people building with AI in San Francisco. Everyone in the room is working through the same problems you are, so conversations start easily.
- **Ping pong, drinks, and good company**: The day takes place at SPIN, a ping pong bar in SoMa. Grab a paddle between talks, then wind down at the afterparty with food and drinks.
